Phat-ass Brisket is a new name in the Arnold food scene. We are passionate about serving authentic unique slow cooked brisket favorites. We are proud to collaborate with our fellow vendors including "Mamma Sarah's Biscuits," "Blended Spices" and fresh produce vendors to bring one-of-a-kind food creations. Our team is dedicated to providing affordable delicious, high-quality meals to Arnold Farmer's market and festivals.
